Reed is responsible for the overall strategic direction and performance of FullQuota. His passion (some might say obsession!) is making marketing work.

Reed is a former Microsoft executive and current serial entrepreneur whose growing list of successful start-ups includes a global channel sales and marketing business, currently generating $1 billion in revenue, and $235 million sales and marketing business focused on small- and medium-sized enterprise customers.

A published writer, Reed has authored articles covering marketing, sales, and enterprise software. He is also a frequently requested commentator in radio, television and print interviews and was one of the top 1% most viewed LinkedIn profiles in 2012.

He grew up in Montana where his father is a prominent attorney and his mother was a Catholic schoolteacher. His late grandmother sailed with her Norwegian-born parents across the Atlantic in 1909 to homestead in the open spaces of Montana. In 1992, she was inducted into the National Cowgirl Hall of Fame.

For more than 20 years, he has worked as a financial and operational executive in a range of successful technology companies. Josh was the Vice President of Finance at Rackspace Managed Hosting, where he helped grow the business from its early days to become a juggernaut in the hosting industry and CFO for RigNet, a leading oilfield technology service provider.
