How does it work?

Our Pay-for-Performance Guaranteeis pretty simple. Our contracts are based on an annual service agreement that includes three main ingredients:

  • A one-time set-up feefor the services needed to get you successfully up and running;
  • A base services fee for the number and level of “services” you have (i.e. marketing campaigns, lead generation specialists, and/or sales professionals); and
  • A performance feefor achievement of a standard set of monthly sales performance metrics:
    • Pipeline Shapewhich measures the number and quality of prospects, leads and opportunities we put into your sales pipeline.
    • Pipeline Velocitywhich measures how quickly we move prospects, leads and opportunities through your pipeline.
    • Pipeline Yield which measures the outputs of your pipeline (i.e. the number of qualified leads, or number and dollar value of closed sales).

After an initial three-month ramp-up period, if we fail to deliver real, measurable results we forfeit our performance based fee for that period.* You only pay the base service fee. It’s that simple.
